Monday - Breathe consciously
Spend 2 minutes breathing deeply: inhale 4, hold 4, exhale in 6.
Tuesday - Digital break
Give yourself 5 minutes without screens: stretch, walk or simply observe your surroundings.
Wednesday - Be thankful
Write down just one thing you are thankful for today.
Thursday - Check your emotions
Ask yourself "How do I feel right now?" without judgment or correction.
Friday - Activate your body
Do a mini-move: 20 squats, 10 stretches or a short walk.
Saturday - Social Connection
Send a short message or audio to someone you care about.
Sunday - Closing ritual
Before going to sleep, write down what you will do tomorrow. It will give you calmness and mental order.
