Brief Therapy
Brief problem-based therapy (BPT) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and addressing specific patient problems in an efficient and solution-oriented manner. This approach is based on the idea that psychological and emotional problems can be effectively addressed by identifying and resolving specific problems, rather than by extensively exploring the patient's past.
Emotion Focused Therapy
EFT is based on attachment theory, which holds that human beings have an innate need to be emotionally connected to others. Emotion-focused therapy seeks to help couples and individuals identify and understand their emotional interaction patterns in order to promote emotional security and intimacy in couple, family or relational relationships.

Systemic Approach
